Maintenance
Oakowa caps can be cleaned in the washing machine at 30 degrees . Thanks to their integrated shell, Oakowa caps keep their shape when washed and dried. To keep your Oakowa cap as long as possible, rinse as much as possible in fresh water.
Warantie
Oakowa is committed to providing our customers with high quality products. Therefore, we offer a two-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) to the original purchaser (“You”) for all sporting goods purchased.
Warranty coverage:
This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in our products for a period of two years from the date of original purchase. During this period, if a product proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item, at our discretion, at no cost to you.
Warranty exclusions:
This Warranty does not cover :
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accident, modification, negligence, improper handling, or use with non-compatible products.
- Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions, natural disasters or other external causes.
- Products purchased from unauthorized vendors.
